How we work

We grew out of Magento e-commerce — one of the most demanding platforms for online stores. Over 15 years we became a full-cycle team: web and mobile development, design, security, data, AI and infrastructure. We work distributed, so client time zones are never a problem.

We do not take on more projects than we can run attentively. If a task is not for us, we say so straight away and, where we can, point you to someone better suited.

Process

What happens after your enquiry

  1. 1Requirements reviewWe get on a call and dig into the task and its constraints. If something is missing for an estimate, we say exactly what.
  2. 2Estimate and planWithin two or three days you get a stage-by-stage plan: what we will do, what it will cost — a minimum and a maximum — and when it will be ready.
  3. 3Design and architectureWe build a prototype and settle the architecture before the first line of production code is written.
  4. 4Development in sprintsTwo-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, and access to a working build throughout.
  5. 5Launch and supportWe ship, set up monitoring and stay on support — with a response time you can hold us to.

Fixed price

Works when the scope is clear upfront: a website, an integration, a specific piece of work. Price and deadline are fixed in the contract.

Time and materials

For products that keep evolving: you pay for the hours actually worked and priorities can shift along the way.

Dedicated team

A team works only on your product and gradually becomes its knowledge holder. Monthly rate for the composition.
