Cookie Policy

Last updated:

This Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the website sava.team uses, why, how long they are kept and how to refuse the optional ones. The operator is Vladimir Savrov (autónomo); full details are in our Privacy Policy.

1. What we mean by cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and receives back with later requests. We also use the browser’s local storage (localStorage): technically it is not a cookie, but it serves the same purpose, so this Policy covers it alongside cookies.

Some of this data, together with your IP address, may count as personal data. How we process it is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Strictly necessary

These are set without consent: the site cannot work as you requested without them. They cannot be switched off — you can only delete them in your browser and lose the related functionality.

  • sava-country (cookie, 30 days) — the visitor’s country detected from the request. It determines the currency of prices.
  • sava-skin (cookie, until deleted) — the selected site theme.
  • theme (localStorage) — light or dark mode.
  • sava-cookie-consent (localStorage) — your choice in the cookie banner and its date. It stores only the fact of your decision; without it we would ask on every visit.
  • sava-tool:* (localStorage) — drafts and settings of our free tools, so you see your own data when you come back. These values stay in your browser and are not sent to our server.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks the contact form at the moment it is submitted and does not set cookies of its own.

3. Analytics

Analytics is switched on when you open the site. On your first visit a banner tells you about it, and you can opt out at any time; after that analytics is switched off immediately and is not loaded on later visits. For visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom analytics is set only after their consent.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) — cookies _ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years; IP addresses are truncated.

4. What we do not use

There are no advertising or remarketing pixels, no profiling, no sale of data to ad networks and no embedded video players that set their own cookies.

5. How to consent and how to change your mind

  1. On your first visit you see a banner telling you about analytics, with the options “OK” and “Opt out”. A refusal is remembered.
  2. You can change your decision at any time: the Cookie settings link in the footer brings the banner back. After a refusal analytics is switched off immediately, without reloading the page.
  3. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
  4. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies means the site will no longer remember your country, theme and display settings.

6. Changes to this Policy

The current version is always available on the Cookie Policy page; the date of the version is shown at the top. Questions: privacy@sava.team.
