Healthcare

Medical data calls for a different approach to storage and access. We build services where privacy is part of the architecture, not something added before launch.

What's included

  • Appointment booking, schedules and reminders
  • Telemedicine: video visits, chat, visit history
  • Personal data storage aligned with GDPR

How we help

How we work

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

We look at the task, your current system and constraints, then name the timeline and budget and suggest how to work together.

  2. 02

    Specification

We capture requirements and acceptance criteria in a specification — it is what we build against and how the result is accepted.

  3. 03

    Iterative development

You see the result after every iteration; we test and fix before anything goes into a release.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We ship with no downtime, monitor the product after launch and stay on for support if you need it.

Cost and timeline

Hourly Rates: from 1 800 ₽ to 3 500 ₽ / hour — depending on specialist qualification.

We give an exact timeline and budget after a brief: we break down the task, fix the scope and suggest a format — a fixed plan or hourly work.

FAQ

How do you protect medical and personal data?

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict access by role and log every access to patient records. GDPR and local legal requirements are taken into account when designing the architecture. We provide the technical side, while responsibility for legal compliance stays with the clinic.

Can the service be integrated with the clinic’s medical information system?

Yes, if the system has an API or another way to exchange data. We sync doctors’ schedules, appointments and patient records so that staff do not have to maintain data in two places.

How much does a clinic or telemedicine service cost?

It depends on the feature set: online booking, video visits, a mobile app, integrations with the medical record system and labs. We estimate the project after a short brief and suggest starting with a minimal version that can grow from there.
