How we work

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

We look at the task, your current system and constraints, then name the timeline and budget and suggest how to work together.

  2. 02

    Specification

We capture requirements and acceptance criteria in a specification — it is what we build against and how the result is accepted.

  3. 03

    Iterative development

You see the result after every iteration; we test and fix before anything goes into a release.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We ship with no downtime, monitor the product after launch and stay on for support if you need it.

Cost and timeline

Hourly Rates: from 1 800 ₽ to 3 500 ₽ / hour — depending on specialist qualification.

We give an exact timeline and budget after a brief: we break down the task, fix the scope and suggest a format — a fixed plan or hourly work.

FAQ

What do you need from us to start on the design?

Your product goals, a description of your audience and access to the current version and analytics, if they exist. If you have brand guidelines or existing layouts, send them too. We clarify the rest during the brief and UX research.

What do we get at the end, and can our developers build from it?

You get prototypes and Figma layouts for every screen size, plus a design system with tokens and documented components. We design with implementation in mind, so your team or our developers can build the interface without losing detail.

Can you redesign the product without taking it offline?

Yes, we usually update the product in stages, starting with the most problematic flows identified in the UX audit and usability tests. Changes ship gradually, and each stage can be checked with real users.
