Headless CMS
We separate content from presentation: editors work in a clear admin panel, while your Next.js or Nuxt site pulls data through an API and stays fast. The content model is designed around your workflows, not the limits of a template.
What's included
- Content modelling, editor roles and permissions, a usable admin panel
- Multilingual content, drafts and live previews on the site
- Integration with Next.js and Nuxt via REST or GraphQL, caching and revalidation
- Upgrades of Strapi, Payload and Sanity to current versions, migration from WordPress and legacy CMS

How we work
- 01
Brief and estimate
We look at the task, your current system and constraints, then name the timeline and budget and suggest how to work together.
- 02
Specification
We capture requirements and acceptance criteria in a specification — it is what we build against and how the result is accepted.
- 03
Iterative development
You see the result after every iteration; we test and fix before anything goes into a release.
- 04
Launch and support
We ship with no downtime, monitor the product after launch and stay on for support if you need it.
Cost and timeline
Hourly Rates: from 1 800 ₽ to 3 500 ₽ / hour — depending on specialist qualification.
We give an exact timeline and budget after a brief: we break down the task, fix the scope and suggest a format — a fixed plan or hourly work.

How is a headless CMS better than a classic one like WordPress?
In a headless CMS the admin panel and the site are separate: content is served via an API, the frontend can use any stack, and the same data can feed an app or other channels. That means design freedom, speed and a smaller attack surface. For a simple site a classic CMS is sometimes more practical, and we will say so plainly.
Which headless CMS should we choose: Strapi, Payload or Sanity?
Strapi and Payload can be self-hosted and extended in code, and Payload pairs especially well with Next.js. Sanity and Contentful are cloud services with strong editing and collaboration. The choice depends on hosting requirements, subscription budget and editorial workflows, and we discuss it after a short brief.
Can content be moved from the old site without losses?
Yes. We migrate entries, media and the relations between them with scripts, and keep page URLs or set up redirects so search rankings are not lost. Before switching over we check the result in a staging environment. The scope depends on the volume and structure of the content and is estimated after a brief.
