ERP, CRM and service integrations
Products, prices, stock, orders and customers should flow between systems on their own instead of being copied by hand. We design the data exchange, build connectors and a middleware layer with queues and retries, so one system going down does not stop the rest. We work with ready-made APIs and with systems that have none.
What's included
- ERP and accounting systems: SAP, Odoo, 1C — products, prices, stock, orders
- CRM and marketing: Salesforce, HubSpot, Bitrix24 — leads, deals, segments
- Marketplaces, delivery services and payment providers via APIs and webhooks
- Middleware with queues, retries, an exchange log and alerts on failures

How we work
- 01
Brief and estimate
We look at the task, your current system and constraints, then name the timeline and budget and suggest how to work together.
- 02
Specification
We capture requirements and acceptance criteria in a specification — it is what we build against and how the result is accepted.
- 03
Iterative development
You see the result after every iteration; we test and fix before anything goes into a release.
- 04
Launch and support
We ship with no downtime, monitor the product after launch and stay on for support if you need it.
Cost and timeline
Hourly Rates: from 1 800 ₽ to 3 500 ₽ / hour — depending on specialist qualification.
We give an exact timeline and budget after a brief: we break down the task, fix the scope and suggest a format — a fixed plan or hourly work.

What if our system has no API?
We work with what is available: file exchange, direct database access, scheduled exports and imports, or a connector on the system side. We design the exchange around these options so that it stays reliable and transparent.
What happens to the data if one of the systems is down?
Data flows through a middleware layer with queues and retries, so nothing is lost: it waits until the system is back. Every operation is written to an exchange log, and failures trigger alerts. An outage in one system does not stop the others.
How are the cost and timeline of an integration estimated?
It depends on the number of systems, the data volume, the exchange directions and the state of their APIs. After a brief we describe the exchange scheme and give an estimate. We work hourly or on a fixed monthly plan, and after launch we can take the integration into ongoing support.
