How we work
- 01
Brief and estimate
We look at the task, your current system and constraints, then name the timeline and budget and suggest how to work together.
- 02
Specification
We capture requirements and acceptance criteria in a specification — it is what we build against and how the result is accepted.
- 03
Iterative development
You see the result after every iteration; we test and fix before anything goes into a release.
- 04
Launch and support
We ship with no downtime, monitor the product after launch and stay on for support if you need it.
Cost and timeline
Hourly Rates: from 1 800 ₽ to 3 500 ₽ / hour — depending on specialist qualification.
We give an exact timeline and budget after a brief: we break down the task, fix the scope and suggest a format — a fixed plan or hourly work.

Should we use hosted Checkout or our own payment form?
Stripe Checkout is faster to launch and handles most of the security requirements and payment methods for you. A custom form built on Payment Element gives more control over the interface and the payment flow. We suggest the option that fits your product and explain the extra complexity it brings.
How do you make webhooks and payment reconciliation reliable?
We verify the signature of every webhook, process events idempotently and retry when something fails. For reconciliation we match Stripe payments, refunds, fees and payouts against orders and invoices in your database, so discrepancies show up right away rather than at month end.
Can you improve an existing Stripe integration?
Yes. We start with an audit: API version, webhook handling, how customer and payment data are stored, and failure scenarios. Then we fix what we find and develop the integration further. The cost depends on scope and is estimated after a short brief; after launch we offer hourly work or a fixed monthly support plan.
