AWS, Google Cloud and Azure

We build cloud infrastructure that can be reproduced from code, billed transparently and scaled without stress. We move projects to the cloud and between providers, and set up managed databases, backups and monitoring.

What's included

  • Architecture on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure sized to load and budget
  • Infrastructure as code with Terraform, separate environments and CI/CD
  • Managed databases, backups, monitoring and cost optimisation
  • Migration from your own servers and between clouds, upgrades of outdated services and database versions

How we work

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

We look at the task, your current system and constraints, then name the timeline and budget and suggest how to work together.

  2. 02

    Specification

We capture requirements and acceptance criteria in a specification — it is what we build against and how the result is accepted.

  3. 03

    Iterative development

You see the result after every iteration; we test and fix before anything goes into a release.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We ship with no downtime, monitor the product after launch and stay on for support if you need it.

Cost and timeline

Hourly Rates: from 1 800 ₽ to 3 500 ₽ / hour — depending on specialist qualification.

We give an exact timeline and budget after a brief: we break down the task, fix the scope and suggest a format — a fixed plan or hourly work.

FAQ

Which cloud should we choose: AWS, Google Cloud or Azure?

All three cover what web projects need; the differences are in the details: managed services, regions, integrations with tools you already use and the pricing model. We look at the requirements of the project and the team and suggest the provider that will be easiest for you to live with. If you are already on one cloud, moving just for the sake of it is usually unnecessary.

How can we cut our cloud costs?

We start by reviewing the bill: idle resources, oversized servers and expensive traffic. Then we pick suitable instance types and set up autoscaling, data retention policies and reserved capacity where the load is steady. All changes go through Terraform so they stay transparent and reproducible.

Can we move to the cloud without downtime?

In most cases, yes. We describe the new infrastructure in code, bring the environment up in parallel, sync data via replication and switch traffic after verification. The exact plan and cost depend on the architecture and data volume and are estimated after a short brief; we offer hourly work and fixed monthly support plans.
