SLA support and maintenance
We take over support for websites, online stores and services — whether we built them or someone else did. We start with an audit of the code, infrastructure and access, then agree on response times and communication channels and put them into an SLA. From there we watch availability, update the platform and dependencies, fix bugs and keep developing the product within an agreed block of hours.
What's included
- Code, infrastructure and access audit before we take the project on
- Uptime and error monitoring, incident analysis, SLA-backed response times
- Platform and dependency updates, security patches with no downtime
- Improvements and new features within a block of hours, monthly work report

How we work
- 01
Brief and estimate
We look at the task, your current system and constraints, then name the timeline and budget and suggest how to work together.
- 02
Specification
We capture requirements and acceptance criteria in a specification — it is what we build against and how the result is accepted.
- 03
Iterative development
You see the result after every iteration; we test and fix before anything goes into a release.
- 04
Launch and support
We ship with no downtime, monitor the product after launch and stay on for support if you need it.
Cost and timeline
SLA support plans — from 4 790 ₽ /mo. Hourly Rates: from 1 800 ₽ to 3 500 ₽ / hour — depending on specialist qualification.
We give an exact timeline and budget after a brief: we break down the task, fix the scope and suggest a format — a fixed plan or hourly work.

Will you take over a project built by another team?
Yes, this is a common case. We start with an audit of the code, infrastructure and access, then show you the risks and what should be fixed first. After that we agree on response times and put them into an SLA.
How much does support cost?
There are monthly plans that differ in SLA response time and the number of hours included. We help you pick a plan after the audit, based on how critical the project is and how much development you expect. Work beyond the included hours can be billed hourly.
What happens if the site goes down at night or on a weekend?
Availability and error monitoring sends an alert, and we respond within the time set in the SLA of your plan. Once the service is restored, we review the root cause and propose how to prevent it from happening again. All work is listed in the monthly report.
