DevOps & Infrastructure
We get infrastructure to the point where releasing is routine: Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and monitoring that shows a problem before the customer reports it.
What's included
- Kubernetes: clusters, Helm charts, autoscaling
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform, GitOps via ArgoCD
- CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and GitLab CI
- Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, alerting

How we work
- 01
Brief and estimate
We look at the task, your current system and constraints, then name the timeline and budget and suggest how to work together.
- 02
Specification
We capture requirements and acceptance criteria in a specification — it is what we build against and how the result is accepted.
- 03
Iterative development
You see the result after every iteration; we test and fix before anything goes into a release.
- 04
Launch and support
We ship with no downtime, monitor the product after launch and stay on for support if you need it.
Cost and timeline
Hourly Rates: from 1 800 ₽ to 3 500 ₽ / hour — depending on specialist qualification.
We give an exact timeline and budget after a brief: we break down the task, fix the scope and suggest a format — a fixed plan or hourly work.

Can you take over our existing infrastructure?
Yes. We start with an audit: what is deployed, how releases and monitoring work, where the manual steps are. Then we describe the infrastructure in Terraform step by step and move services with a rollback plan, so changes do not interrupt the product.
Do we actually need Kubernetes?
Not always. For a smaller project, managed cloud services and a simple CI/CD setup can be enough. We give a recommendation after the audit, based on load, the number of services and who will maintain the infrastructure.
How is the work billed, and what do we keep after setup?
We estimate the scope after a brief and an audit, and work hourly or on a fixed monthly plan. After setup you keep the infrastructure code in your repository, the pipelines, dashboards and documentation. We can then hand everything over to your team or continue supporting it.
