Kubernetes and GitOps

We set up and run clusters where deploying does not require a night shift: infrastructure described in code, GitOps, and monitoring that notices the problem first.

What's included

  • Clusters in the cloud and on-premise, Helm charts
  • Terraform, GitOps via ArgoCD, autoscaling
  • Monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
  • Zero-downtime cluster version upgrades, replacing deprecated APIs and updating Helm charts

How we work

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

We look at the task, your current system and constraints, then name the timeline and budget and suggest how to work together.

  2. 02

    Specification

We capture requirements and acceptance criteria in a specification — it is what we build against and how the result is accepted.

  3. 03

    Iterative development

You see the result after every iteration; we test and fix before anything goes into a release.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We ship with no downtime, monitor the product after launch and stay on for support if you need it.

Cost and timeline

Hourly Rates: from 1 800 ₽ to 3 500 ₽ / hour — depending on specialist qualification.

We give an exact timeline and budget after a brief: we break down the task, fix the scope and suggest a format — a fixed plan or hourly work.

FAQ

Does our project actually need Kubernetes?

Kubernetes pays off when you run several services, load varies and you need predictable deployments and autoscaling. For a small project a simpler setup is sometimes enough, and we will say so plainly after reviewing your current infrastructure.

How do you move an existing application to Kubernetes?

We containerise the services, describe the infrastructure in Terraform, build Helm charts and set up GitOps with ArgoCD. The move happens in stages and is verified in a staging environment so production keeps running throughout the migration.

Can you take over an existing cluster?

Yes. We start with an audit of configuration, security, resources and monitoring, then clean up the cluster and set up alerting with Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry. The cost of support depends on the size of the infrastructure and is estimated after a short brief.
