We already have web analytics. Why do we need more?
Web analytics shows behaviour on the site but does not connect it to orders, CRM, advertising and finance. We bring these sources into one warehouse so you can see the full customer journey and calculate metrics by consistent rules.
Where will our data be stored?
Usually in your own infrastructure or cloud account, so the data and access stay under your control. We build the warehouse on PostgreSQL or ClickHouse depending on volumes and tasks, and choose a BI tool that suits your team.
How is the work estimated, and what happens after launch?
The scope depends on the number of sources, the complexity of the metrics and your reporting needs, so we estimate after a brief. After launch, pipelines and dashboards need to evolve with the product: for that we offer hourly work and fixed monthly plans.
