B24 Chat: AI platform for marketing automation and chatbots

B24 Chat is a platform where businesses build chatbots for sales and support and connect them to messengers, SMS and web push. Bots learn from company content such as products, services and news, and hold conversations along predefined scenarios.

The core tool is a visual scenario builder: steps are assembled from blocks like text, product card, map, questionnaire, cart, payment, booking, ticket and dozens more, a scenario can be translated into many languages and tested right away in a preview window. In AI Learning, groups of user phrases are mapped to the scenarios the bot replies with. Ready-made bots are available in a marketplace filtered by industry, language and price.

Around the bots sit a CRM, ad campaigns, content, a store, statistics dashboards for messages and users, integrations with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and Yandex Metrica, and a delivery portal with a map, carriers, merchants and order statuses.

We have taken part in developing the platform since 2019: the React and Next.js web interface, Node.js, Nest.js and Python services, NLP and computer vision modules, and integrations with Magento, WordPress and OpenCart.
